Lorraine Kelly has strongly criticized opera singer Wynne Evans after he was forced to leave the Strictly Come Dancing live tour following allegations of inappropriate behavior. 

Evans, 53, had been participating in the tour after competing on the most recent season of Strictly. 

However, his brief stint on the tour ended abruptly when footage emerged of him making an inappropriate sexual comment about presenter Janette Manrara.

The controversy unfolded when a video published by the Mail on Sunday showed Evans making a crude remark 

that suggested a group sex encounter involving Manrara and EastEnders actor Jamie Borthwick. 

The remark was reportedly met with discomfort, as Borthwick is said to have visibly winced at the comment.

In the wake of the incident, Evans announced that he would be stepping down from the tour to “take some time out” and “prioritize my wellbeing.” Despite receiving some support from his Strictly dance partner, Katya Jones, Kelly was notably less forgiving.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday, Kelly expressed her disbelief at Evans’ actions. “I just don’t get it,” she said. “I don’t know why you would think that.” She further questioned the judgment of someone who would make such a comment, particularly when being filmed. “What kind of person says that anyway, but what kind of nutter does that when they are being filmed? It’s bad enough to think it but then say it, I don’t know, I don’t understand. I am baffled,” Kelly added.

Later in the morning, during a segment on her own show, Kelly did not hold back in her assessment of Evans. She described him as a “complete clown” for his actions, adding to the growing public criticism of the opera singer.
