Molly-Mae Hague has opened up about a terrifying horse-riding accident that left her severely bruised and shaken. 

The 25-year-old former Love Island star shared details of the ordeal in her latest YouTube video, 

describing the incident as “traumatizing” and admitting it has made her question whether horse riding is right for her.

The accident took place during a lesson at Somerford Park in Cheshire, where Molly-Mae was thrown from a horse in what she described as a “really bad” fall. 

Despite being a beginner, the severity of the fall was unexpected, making her reflect on the risks involved in the sport.

Speaking candidly, she explained, “I actually had a really bad fall recently off a horse, 

which was really quite shocking because, at the stage that I’m at with my riding, I’m still just learning. The kind of fall I had wasn’t something you’d expect at my level.”

Fortunately, Molly-Mae was wearing protective gear, which likely prevented more serious injuries. “Thank God I was wearing a body protector and, of course, my helmet. That definitely saved me,” she admitted.

Despite the protective gear, the fall left her with severe bruising. “I was literally black and blue. I’ve never had bruises like that before. But honestly, to walk away with just bruising and nothing worse—I wasn’t concussed, I had no serious injuries—it really feels like a bit of a miracle,” she said.

The reality star revealed that the accident was caught on camera, and watching the footage back made her realize just how severe the fall was. “When I watch it back, I think, ‘How am I okay? How did I even get up from that?’ It really was a hard fall,” she shared.

Following the incident, Molly-Mae has decided to take a step back from horse riding to process what happened. “I would be lying if I said this experience didn’t shake me. It has definitely made me reconsider whether horse riding is for me. I’m taking a break for now to reflect on it all,” she confessed.

In addition to the riding accident, Molly-Mae has also been making headlines for her rumored reconciliation with boxer Tommy Fury. The couple, who previously sparked breakup speculation, reportedly spent Valentine’s Day together on a luxurious getaway.

Tommy recently shared heartwarming images with their daughter Bambi, captioning them, “Life’s been looking up.” Shortly after, Molly-Mae posted about her weekend, writing, “Weekends like the one we just had. Couldn’t ask for anything more.”

Their social media activity fueled speculation among fans that the couple had rekindled their romance. One fan commented, “I spy the look of love,” while others speculated about their time together at Estelle Manor, a five-star retreat in Oxfordshire where rooms reportedly cost up to £600 per night.

Reports suggest the pair were seen “canoodling” and looking “very loved up” during their stay, leading their friends to believe they have officially reconciled. While neither Molly-Mae nor Tommy has publicly confirmed their relationship status, their recent posts hint at a potential reunion.

For now, Molly-Mae is focused on healing from her riding accident and taking things one step at a time. Though shaken by the experience, she remains grateful that she escaped without more serious injuries. Whether she returns to horse riding in the future remains to be seen, but for now, she’s prioritizing her well-being and taking a well-deserved break.
