Russell Brand has officially closed down his addiction and mental health support charity, the Stay Free Foundation, amid ongoing scrutiny following serious allegations against him. 

The Charity Commission confirmed that the organization was formally removed from the register of charities last month 

after being informed in September that it was no longer in operation.

The Stay Free Foundation was established with the aim of supporting individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues,

Financial records from June 2023 indicate that the charity had a total income of £126,130, with an expenditure of £52,353. However, following the controversy surrounding Brand, it appears the organization has wound down its activities completely.
