Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay reportedly voiced concerns about fellow television personality Gino D’Acampo’s conduct two years ago, 

amid recent allegations surrounding the Italian chef.

D’Acampo, 48, is currently facing accusations from numerous individuals who have worked with him over the past 12 years, spanning multiple television projects. 

The claims include allegations of bullying and inappropriate comments of a sexual nature.

While D’Acampo has strongly denied these accusations, stating they are “deeply upsetting,” sources indicate that Ramsay and D’Acampo’s relationship has been strained for some time. 

It is now being suggested that Ramsay’s concerns about D’Acampo’s alleged behavior played a role in the deterioration of their friendship and ultimately contributed to the end of their popular travel series Gordon, Gino & Fred: Road Trip, which also featured hospitality expert Fred Sirieix.

Ramsay’s Alleged Intervention

According to sources cited by MailOnline, Ramsay was reportedly “horrified” by some of the behavior he witnessed and felt compelled to take action. An insider revealed that the British chef, who is married to Tana Ramsay and has three daughters, found certain incidents “disgusting” and felt that changes needed to be made.

“He saw things he didn’t think were okay and spoke up. That was that—friendship over,” the source claimed.

Ramsay’s decision to address the alleged issues reportedly led to difficulties between him and D’Acampo, ultimately marking the end of their close working relationship. The series, which first aired in 2018, featured the trio traveling across various countries, exploring culinary traditions, and engaging in humorous banter. However, tensions behind the scenes allegedly grew, contributing to the show’s uncertain future.

The End of Gordon, Gino & Fred

D’Acampo had previously announced in 2021 that the travel series had been “canceled,” taking a swipe at Ramsay in a social media post where he jokingly suggested that his co-star was too preoccupied with his “hair highlights in the USA.” However, the show returned for a fourth season in 2023, filmed in Spain.

Despite this, D’Acampo later confirmed that he would no longer participate in the series, citing “scheduling conflicts” as the primary reason. Additionally, a recently obtained video appears to show D’Acampo making inappropriate remarks to a female dancer while filming his latest series, Emissions Impossible, alongside Sirieix. The footage, which was reportedly recorded in Austria in October 2023, captures D’Acampo making suggestive comments on stage in front of an audience. The incident is said to have resulted in an official complaint being filed against him.
