Nancy Xu, a prominent professional dancer on *Strictly Come Dancing*, has expressed uncertainty about her future on the show amidst rumors of a major cast shake-up. 

The 33-year-old dancer, who joined the BBC One show in 2019, has seen a varied career on the program, 

having been paired with notable celebrities including Rhys Stephenson, Will Mellor, Les Dennis, and Shayne Ward. 

Recently, she also triumphed in the 2023 Christmas special alongside *EastEnders* actor Jamie Borthwick.

However, as the new season of *Strictly* looms, Xu revealed she is still waiting to find out whether she’ll be included in the 2024 lineup of professional dancers. 

During a recent appearance ahead of the live tour, Xu shared her thoughts with fans, saying, “I am waiting for the call. 

Basically all of us are waiting for the call. We will find out soon. I hope so.”

The potential culling of well-loved pros like Nancy Xu, Katya Jones, and others has caused significant concern, particularly as some of these dancers have been integral to the success of the show for many years.
